Riku Kytömäki

Riku Kytömäki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including board memberships and executive positions. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and audit committee member at Finnish Minerals Group, Riku has also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Finland-China Trade Association since 2017. Previous roles include President & CEO of Betolar and Exel Composites PLC, where Riku implemented growth strategies and internationalized operations. Additionally, Riku has significant experience at ABB, leading global product groups and managing P&L responsibilities across multiple countries, along with tenure at Aalto University focused on innovation commercialization. Riku holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has completed senior leadership development programs in business administration.
