Cesar Vega, MBA, CMRP, is a highly experienced maintenance professional in the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Superintendente de mantenimiento procesos at Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A.A. since January 2019, Cesar has a robust background with Freeport - McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. - SMCV, where roles have included Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Crushing Maintenance Supervisor, and Reliability Engineer, focusing on plant maintenance and outage management for critical equipment. Prior experience includes a tenure as Underground Equipment Planner at Sandvik Mining and Construction.
