Cynthia Barber has extensive experience in supply chain management and category management. Cynthia has held various strategic roles at major companies such as Newmont Mining Corp, Ford Motor Company, and Freeport McMoRan. Currently, Cynthia serves as a Business Executive Lead for the Transform for Value Project at Freeport McMoRan, focusing on the global conversion to SAP's S/4Hana system. Cynthia's expertise lies in driving value through effective and efficient improvements while also developing future leaders for the company. Additionally, Cynthia has experience serving on the Board of Directors at Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc., providing oversight and guidance for the Southwest U.S. organization.
