Debbie Baird

Debbie Baird has over a decade of experience in human resources systems and technology, currently serving as the Manager of HR Systems at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. since June 2011. Prior to this role, Debbie held positions as an Application Architect at Accenture Services and as a Sr. Programmer at Freeport-McMoRan. Earlier experience includes working as an Application Programmer Analyst at PetSmart. Debbie Baird earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Arizona State University and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Information Systems from Scottsdale Community College.
