Glen Cole

Glen Cole is an experienced maintenance professional with a background spanning over four decades in various roles within the mining and metallurgy industry. Currently serving as Superintendent of Maintenance Services at Freeport-McMoRan since June 2019, Glen previously held positions including Maintenance Planner II as a self-employed consultant and Consultant for Philippine Associated Smelting and Refining Corporation. Additional experience includes significant leadership roles such as Maintenance Manager at Kamoto Copper Company SA and Senior Maintenance Planner at Katanga Mining Limited. Glen's career began at Phelps Dodge and progressed through various supervisory and planning positions before joining Freeport-McMoRan. Educational credentials include a vocational certificate in Fabrication/Welding, as well as coursework in Metal Classes at Western New Mexico University.
