Jeff Pick

Jeff Pick, CISSP, CISM, currently serves as the Director of MIS Security and Communications at Freeport-McMoRan, where responsibilities include providing technical leadership for security design, reviewing application development practices, and implementing DevSecOps practices. Prior experience includes leading IT development at Make-A-Wish America, where significant improvements in security posture and operational efficiency were achieved, along with acting as interim CIO. At Wells Enterprises, Inc., Jeff modernized cybersecurity defenses and network infrastructure while successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives. Jeff's career began with groundbreaking work at MCI as a Senior Software Engineer, extending through various roles in technology management and consulting since founding Asynctech, LLC. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Creighton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Briar Cliff University.
