Ren Bryce is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience at Freeport-McMoRan since March 2010, currently serving as Chief Engineer. Ren has successfully managed the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of a full-scale water treatment plant, achieving zero recordable incidents and adhering to budget constraints. Previous roles include Senior Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed preparing cost estimates for water treatment plants and overseeing the development of new technologies. As Engineer II, Ren contributed to the organization of a rhenium recovery pilot plant and the design of a full-scale recovery plant. Prior experience includes a position as Research Engineer at Freeport McMoRan, where Ren developed a US patent for the Bryce-Morgan entrainment model, and as a Laboratory Technician at Neways International.
