Ryan Niesz

Ryan Niesz has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation, talent acquisition, and HR management. Ryan has held various roles at Freeport-McMoRan, including Director of Compensation & Talent Acquisition, Manager of Compensation, HR Manager, and Business Partner. Ryan has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Technical Recruiter at other companies prior to joining Freeport-McMoRan. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/HR from Arizona State University.
