Shen Jiong

Jiong is responsible for the firm's general operations and platform management. He also focuses on Biotech and Healthcare investments and has more than 10 years of investment and M&A experience.

Prior to joining FreeS Fund, Jiong once worked as the head of investment division of Shanghai Pudong Innotek Capital Co., the deputy GM of investment department of Pudong Science and Technology Investment Co., and the Director of Shanghai Zhangjiang Pharma Engine. He led and participated in the investments of Hwells Pharma, Rendu Biotech, Fangxin Health, Innostar Biotech, AMEC-inc, Ciyu MRAM, Xellsmart and Shanghai Huayu New Material.

He obtained his M.S. and B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular biology from Peking University, and MBA from California State University.
