Barry Fehl

Barry Fehl started their career in 1980 as a Structural Engineer at the USACE St. Louis District, where they performed structural analysis and design on large concrete and hydraulic steel structures. In 1991, they joined the USACE Engineer Research and Development Center as a Civil Engineer. Their responsibilities included projects related to civil engineering.
