Belinda Pate

Belinda Pate is a seasoned Marketing Strategist at Freese and Nichols, with extensive experience in driving client pursuit strategies and managing proposal development. Since joining Freese and Nichols in March 2018, Belinda has collaborated closely with sales teams and leadership to craft compliant RFP responses and client presentation materials. Prior to this role, Belinda served as Marketing/Business Development Director at Lina T. Ramey & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating responses to various procurement requests and developing marketing materials. Earlier in career history, Belinda worked at AECOM as a Publications Specialist, focusing on government proposals, and held marketing coordinator roles at Constructors & Associates and Carter & Burgess. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas State University and graduated from Southwest High School.
