Gary Soward

Gary Soward has extensive work experience in the technology and business leadership roles. Gary began their career in 1994 as an IT Director at Carter & Burgess, where they managed technology finances, change management, project management, and budgeting. In 2007, they joined Jacobs Engineering Group as an IT Director, overseeing the integration of Carter & Burgess into the company. Since 2008, Gary has been working at Freese and Nichols, initially as the Chief Information Officer and later taking on additional responsibilities as the CIO, Principal, and Vice President. In these roles, they have been involved in long and short term strategic planning, executive management, technical excellence management, and operational production committees. Gary also serves as a technical adviser for both the firm and clients.

Gary Soward completed their education with a Masters degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2006. Prior to that, in 1996, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the same university.
