JaNette Bridgewater focuses on Freese and Nichols’ efforts to recruit and retain top talent, train and develop our employees, and reinforce our core values and culture. Her experience with innovative global HR strategies strengthens our ability to serve our clients across the nation.
Before joining Freese and Nichols in 2019, JaNette served as associate director of a global business unit for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. She managed HR business partners in several countries, coached key leaders and managers on people management best practices and acted as the single point of contact for employees in business units across the globe. One of her noteworthy initiatives was helping lead the organization through a successful change-management strategy that impacted more than 2,700 employees worldwide. JaNette twice received a prestigious Global HR Award from her previous employer for her work on pivotal projects: a cost-effective professional development training program for associates and early-career managers and a divestment initiative allowing a former subsidiary to become a free-standing entity.
JaNette received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
