Kevin Thompson has a diverse work experience in the architecture, construction, and design industry. Kevin started their career as a Student Intern at Corgan Associates in 2000, followed by a Summer Internship at the same company in 2001. Kevin then worked as a Graduate Student Intern at Ford, Powell & Carson from 2005 to 2006, where they assisted in the Interior Design Department and integrated Sketchup models with production. Kevin then worked as an Architectural Intern at PGAL from 2006 to 2008, and later at KSQ Architects, PC from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Satterfield & Pontikes Construction as a Technical Services Engineer, where they served as a team lead for BIM coordination and played a role in estimating and bidding new projects. Currently, Kevin is a Project Manager at Freese and Nichols since 2016, where they manage projects at DFW Airport.
Kevin Thompson earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Dallas Christian College in 1998-1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministries. Kevin then went on to complete their Master of Architecture (MA) degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2005 to 2006.
