Rich Heine

Rich Heine, P.E. is a seasoned construction manager at Freese and Nichols, where tenure began in July 2004. Prior experience includes serving as an engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers from May 2001 to July 2004 and as an engineer officer in the US Army from May 1994 to May 1999. Rich Heine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, attended from 1990 to 1994, and completed secondary education at Weatherford High.
