Ryan Southern

Ryan Southern currently serves as the Head of Organizational Development at Freese and Nichols, overseeing strategic initiatives since September 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Executive Vice President of Learning Design and Lead Facilitator at The AIP Group, where talent program customization and organizational transformation were key focuses from August 2019 to August 2023. Ryan's extensive experience includes a role as Director of Global Talent Development at Korn Ferry, where talent programs were enhanced, and leadership development was prioritized. At RB, Ryan progressed through various positions, ultimately becoming Global Director of Learning and Development for the Americas, leading initiatives aimed at improving productivity and collaboration across multiple regions. Early career experience includes roles at Adams Respiratory Therapeutics and Abercrombie & Fitch, emphasizing training, management, and operational excellence. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
