Travis Kelly

Travis Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and public policy. Currently serving as Account Director for Government Affairs at Freese and Nichols since July 2021, Travis previously held the position of Vice President at Texas Central High-Speed Railway from May 2011 to July 2021. Prior to that role, Travis worked as a Public Policy Consultant at Dean International from 2008 to 2011. Travis holds a degree from Baylor University, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2004.
