Rohan Patel

Rohan Patel is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the hospitality and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations and Global Head of Customer Operations at Freespace since March 2019, Rohan has previously held key positions including Head of Operations at The WeKnow Group and The Polyglobe Group, as well as Retail Operations Manager at We Know London (BHRC) at Heathrow Airport. Earlier career experiences include Deputy General Manager at Jurys Inn Hotel Group and Hotel Manager at Whitbread. Rohan Patel earned a degree from London Metropolitan University between 2006 and 2009.
