Jesse Ruben

Jesse Ruben is currently the Director of Client Service Operations at Freestone Capital Management, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Jesse served as the Learning & Team Development Manager at Brighton Jones from June 2018 to October 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing integration with the Learning Management System Docebo and managing firm-wide training initiatives. Jesse began at Brighton Jones as a Learning & Team Development Associate, focusing on e-learning module development and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Vanguard in operations, as an intern at Quicken Loans, and producing podcasts. Jesse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University and is pursuing a Certificate in Instructional Design from UW Professional & Continuing Education.
