Vanessa Breslin

Vanessa Breslin, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Scientist in Physical Sciences at FreeThink Technologies, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Vanessa held positions as a Research Scientist at Arvinas and as a Research Chemist at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. As an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Vanessa focused on projects related to the degradation of chemical contaminants in water and advancements in materials for chemical sensing and nanophotonic devices. Vanessa completed a PhD in Chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Mercer University.
