Will Scott currently serves as the Head of Sales for AI in the Corporate and SMB sectors at Zendesk, following the acquisition of Ultimate. With a significant leadership role in expanding AI sales from $6M to over $400M at Zendesk, Will also partners with Flexa to promote flexible working, and founded the KNOWN™ Club. Previously, Will led the Mid-Market and DACH business for Ultimate and is a founding member of the D2 Collective and RevGenius, providing guidance and mentorship in the tech community. Additionally, Will holds investment roles at Freetrade and Elite Bistros, has served as a Sales Leadership Coach, and offers mentorship on various aspects of business growth and flexible work models. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Digital Marketing diploma from the Institute of Data & Marketing.
