Tracey Kopper-Hourin

Tracey Kopper-Hourin is a seasoned HR professional with a vast amount of experience in the industry. Tracey currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast Advertising, providing leadership and partnership with the business leaders to design programs that engage, attract, and retain talented teammates globally. Prior to their current role, Tracey held various HR leadership positions at Comcast, Eastern Research, ADP, Decision One, and Bell Atlantic Business Systems. Tracey holds a Bachelor's degree in HR from Temple University and has pursued additional education in HR Analytics and Business from AIHR and Wharton Executive Education.
