Tracey Kopper-Hourin

Tracey Kopper-Hourin is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Experience at FreeWheel. Tracey has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement and culture, talent management, strategy, and consulting.

Tracey began their career in 1995 as a Human Resources Manager at Bell Atlantic Business Systems. Tracey then spent 10 years at ADP, where they served as a strategic HR business partner to a corporate officer/general manager of a global financial services business unit. In 2005, they became the Head of Human Resources at Eastern Research.

In 2006, Tracey joined Comcast as an Executive Director of Human Resources. Tracey was responsible for leading the company's employee engagement and culture initiatives, as well as overseeing talent management. During their 11 years at Comcast, Tracey also served in various other HR positions of increasing responsibility, including engineering and HR lead for 6000+ employee cable region.

In September 2017, Tracey joined FreeWheel as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Experience. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's HR and customer experience initiatives.
