T. Michael Fischer

T. Michael Fischer has had a diverse career in the nonprofit sector, beginning with their role as SGA President at Johnson University in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they served as Student & Family Pastor at Bethany Christian Church, followed by a role as Director of Development at Christianville Foundation. In 2014, they took on the role of Development Director at Mission To Ukraine, where they implemented donor CRM software, improved donor retention and loyalty, and planned and hosted vision trips to Ukraine. From 2016 to 2020, Fischer worked as a Consultant at Financial Planning Ministry before taking on their current role as Partnerships Lead at FreeWill, where they have helped nonprofits raise $6+ billion and helped 500,000+ individuals create their estate plans.

T. Michael Fischer attended Johnson University from 2006 to 2010 and St. Albans High School from 2004 to 2006. In 2021, they obtained the YOTI 200h RYT certification from Yoga Alliance. In 2019, they obtained the Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI. In 2023, they obtained the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy.
