Brian Ridge

Brian Ridge is a skilled professional with diverse experience in client support and agricultural technology. Currently serving as a Client Support Engineer at Freight Farms, Brian provides technical assistance and customer education to optimize clients' agricultural systems. Previously, Brian excelled as a Customer Success Specialist at AdaViv, where efforts focused on enhancing efficiency in Controlled Environment Agriculture through robotics and AI. Brian also managed cultivation operations at Elevated Farms, led customer sales initiatives at AT&T, supported special education at Natick and Barre Public Schools, and contributed to cannabis cultivation at Celestial Valley Cannabis Farm. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
