Nikita Zubov

Nikita Zubov is an accomplished Business Transformation Manager at Первая грузовая компания - ПГК since March 2021, overseeing a portfolio of transformation projects, leading a Performance Management initiative utilizing BI dashboards, and managing staff optimization efforts. Previously, Nikita served as Senior Lean Manager at ChelPipeGroup and Severstal, focusing on improving operational efficiency through continuous improvement processes and engaging personnel.
