Lana Radisavljevic

Lana Radisavljevic is an experienced professional with a robust background in client care, public relations, and communications. Currently serving as an Onboarding Representative and Client Care Specialist at Freightera since May 2021, Lana focuses on onboarding new clients, managing escalations, and enhancing customer service. Previously, as Communications Manager at The Royal Palace, responsibilities included developing PR strategies and managing communications with international offices. Lana's earlier roles include Public Relations Manager at Vulkan izdavaštvo, where project management and media representation were key, and Television Journalist at RTV Studio B, where news reporting and content creation were primary tasks. Lana holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Culture and Media.
