Neil J. Erinjeri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Neil started their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Community EMS from August 2013 to August 2015.

In 2015, Neil joined Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, where they worked in different roles. Neil started as a Logistics Analyst from August 2015 to July 2016. Then, they became a Senior Logistics Analyst responsible for Ryder's Tier 1 Automotive Supplier Customer, Autoneum, and Ryder's OEM Customer, Volkswagen & Audi of Mexico, from August 2016 to March 2018. After Ryder, Neil joined FreightVerify Inc in October 2019, taking on the role of Partner Onboarding Lead for Ford Motor Company's Finished Vehicle North American network partners. Neil successfully led the onboarding of 150+ partners to FreightVerify's Finished Vehicle platform, replacing the milestone legacy provider of Ford Motor Company. In September 2020, Neil transitioned to a Customer Success Manager role for Ford Motor Company's Finished Vehicles, where they were responsible for various aspects, including executive communication, account management, project management, data analytics, and training. Neil continued in this position till at least September 2021.

In January 2023, Ford Motor Company renewed their Finished Vehicle contract for three years based on the work of the team Neil led.
