Lukas Aramis Bühler

Lukas Aramis Bühler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, business development, and innovative gastronomy. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at elmira, co-founding a fine dining kitchen recognized with Michelin awards, Lukas is also leading future innovations at Freitag Laboratory Of Progress, focusing on circular economy principles. As the founder and board member of Zum guten Heinrich Ltd., Lukas emphasizes sustainable gastronomy and food waste reduction while managing a team across two Swiss cities. Previous roles include Director of Growth at BOND Mobility, Senior Project Lead at ETH Zürich, and sustainability consultant at myclimate and CASE Consultants International. Lukas holds a Master’s Degree in Atmospheric and Climate Science and a Bachelor's degree in Earth Science from ETH Zürich.
