Prior to this, they also worked as a Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst, IT Support Administrator, and IT Technical Support & Training Officer in various companies. Glen M. holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management, a Master of Information Technology in IT Management, and is currently pursuing a Research Masters in Information Technology from Murdoch University.
