Ted Roper

Ted Roper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality, compliance, and business process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Quality and Compliance at Fremantle Ports since June 2023, Roper has held leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Shire of Irwin and Business Improvement Manager at the Public Transport Authority. Previous roles include Project and Process Manager at Bankwest, Senior Business Improvement Partner at Western Power, and Master Blackbelt & Quality Manager at Ford Motor Company, where Roper implemented Six Sigma methodologies and led Lean manufacturing initiatives. Roper's academic qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School and a MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
