William Davey

William Davey is currently the VP of Product Management & Design at FreMon Scientific. William has over 19 years of experience in the blood collection and processing industry. Davey started their career as the Director of Manufacturing at the American Red Cross North Central Florida Chapter in February 2000. In January 2001, they were promoted to Director - Automated Collections / Apheresis for the Southeastern Michigan Region. In June 2005, they became the Global Product Manager-Whole Blood for CaridianBCT. Davey left CaridianBCT in February 2009 to pursue other opportunities in the medical device industry, blood centers, and hospitals. William was Global Director Specimen Management and Storage for Quest Diagnostics from January 2010 to November 2010. Davey then became the Manager - Development and Research Services at San Diego Blood Bank in May 2011 and held that position until October 2019 when they joined FreMon Scientific.

William Davey has an MBA in Business Administration from Oakland University and a BA and BS in Biology and Clinical Laboratory Medicine from Oakland University.

They are on a team with Lindia Fabian - National Accounts Director, Frederick J. Thacher - Co-Founder & Chief Development Officer, and Linda Holder - CFO. Their manager is Farideh Z. Bischoff, CEO & Chief Scientific Officer.
