Angela Tsang

Angela Tsang is an experienced school counselor with a strong background in program development and student support. Currently serving as an Elementary School Counselor at Fremont Unified School District since August 2016, Angela is responsible for creating and implementing counseling programs while engaging with parents and the community. Previously, Angela worked as an Academic and Personal Counselor at Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School, providing comprehensive counseling services to high school students. Additional roles include supporting first-time college freshmen at California State University, East Bay, and various counseling positions in middle and high schools, where Angela addressed diverse student needs related to academics and personal well-being. Angela holds a Master's degree in Counseling from California State University, East Bay, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Barnard College, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics.
