Victor Gellie

Victor Gellie is a medical doctor and health economist with extensive experience in health policy, research, and project coordination across various organizations. Currently serving as an MD Resident and Project Coordinator at Croix-Rouge française and a Research Consultant at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Victor focuses on mental health systems and the societal cost of mental health disorders in Lebanese and Syrian populations. Previous roles include positions at Médecins Sans Frontières and UNRWA, where Victor implemented economic analyses and healthcare policies, and at the OECD Development where Victor contributed to reforming medical education and training policies. Victor holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from The London School of Economics and a Medical Degree from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
