Armelle de Madre

Armelle de Madre is an accomplished HR executive and board member with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Datadog since September 2019 and an HR Board Member at Frenchfounders since March 2020, Armelle previously held key positions at Thales, including Board Member from April 2017 to May 2023, and was a member of the International Women's Forum from February 2018 to 2022. Armelle's career also includes leadership roles at Arkadin, Schneider Electric, and Renault, where contributions spanned across HR, marketing, and strategic innovation. Armelle holds a Master's degree in Marketing from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Columbia University.
