Diana Groth Medina is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Captain at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club since November 2020, while also working as a Server and Bartender at Casa Blanca Ruidoso since May 2022. Previous roles include Housekeeper at Great Wolf Lodge for a brief period in early 2020, Entertainer for Iberostar Group, Front Desk Staff at HOTEL LAYFER SA DE CV, and Kitchen Staff at Trials End Camp, showcasing a diverse background in hospitality. Diana Groth Medina holds a Licentiate degree in Tourism from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro.
