Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club
Marco Jardim currently serves as the Beverage Manager at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club, where responsibilities include forecasting alcohol consumption, maintaining budget beverage costs, and staff training in alcoholic beverages. Prior to this role, Marco was the Head Bartender at Jupiter Hills Club for nearly six years, overseeing bar operations, creating new cocktails, and planning drinking needs for various events. Educational qualifications include certifications from the Court of Master Sommelier America, Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and plans to complete a Napa Valley Wine Expert Certificate at Napa Valley Wine Academy. Marco also holds a Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and a Certificate from Jonas Club Management focused on software updates.
