Ramesh T has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club since October 2016. In this role, Ramesh manages daily operations of both a sports bar and fine dining restaurant, organizes various wine dinners and tastings, conducts payroll adjustments, oversees inventory management, and evaluates staff performance. Prior experience includes a tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from March 2011 to October 2016, where Ramesh progressed from Outlet Supervisor to Assistant Outlet Manager, gaining recognition as Employee of the Year and earning multiple accolades for outstanding performance. Ramesh holds an Associate’s Degree from the Sterling Institute of Hotel Management and is WSET Level 2 certified.
