Suzette Sofia Preble is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with a diverse background in Pilates, yoga, massage therapy, and holistic health coaching. Currently serving at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club since January 2022, Suzette also holds a position as a Certified Pilates Instructor at The Club at Admirals Cove. As the founder of Blue Lotus Om, Suzette offers a variety of wellness services, including Kripalu Yoga and paddle-boarding classes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University and a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Further training in Pilates, esthetics, and holistic care enhances Suzette's comprehensive approach to wellness.
