Varun Tej is an experienced chef currently working at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club since December 2021. Prior to this role, Varun served as a chef at Hotel Central am See from May 2021 to April 2022. Varun's culinary journey began with an internship at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa in the food production department, where Varun completed a six-month trainee program in April 2018. Varun holds a BA degree in hospitality management with a focus on food production from the International Institute of Hotel Management, completed between 2017 and 2020, and also possesses a postgraduate degree from BHMS Business & Hotel Management School. Varun is particularly passionate about French cuisine.
