Kinga Zglinicka

Kinga Zglinicka has over 20 years of work experience in HR and recruitment roles. Kinga is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner and TA Team Lead at Frencken Europe B.V. Prior to this, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior R&D and Operations Recruiter for EMEA. Earlier in their career, they held positions at WEB Eindhoven as a Business Manager and Lead Recruiter, ASML as a Recruiter, HighTechXL as an HR Consultant, and Cooperativa ECOS as a Project Manager and Trainer. Kinga also worked as a Learning & Development Expert, Trainer, and Project Manager at Civil Initiatives Development Centre CRIS and other clients, as well as an HR Consultant at Zafran Group and a Consultant at mBank S.A. Throughout their career, Kinga Zglinicka has gained expertise in recruitment, team management, project management, and training.

Kinga Zglinicka has a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Lodz, which they completed from 1998 to 2004. Kinga then pursued postgraduate studies in Social Economy Management at the University of Warsaw from 2007 to 2008, and in Industrial and Organizational Psychology - Social Psychology in Human Resources Management at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they received training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Cracovian Psychodynamic Centre from 2008 to 2010, and in Psychology at the School of Group Training from 2008 to 2009. Kinga also completed a training program in Training at the School of Trainers STOP from 2006 to 2007.
