Mikko Peltonen

Mikko Peltonen serves as the CEO of FRENDY, an IT company focused on aligning technology with business goals to enhance productivity and security for SMEs, since June 2021. Previously, Mikko held various leadership positions at Rostek Oy, including CEO and Board Member, overseeing the design and manufacture of access systems for complex buildings globally. Experience also includes serving as a Partner at Translink Corporate Finance, providing advisory services in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and working as a management consultant at Deloitte specializing in strategy and operations. Mikko’s career began in industrial gear production at Moventas Oy, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University and additional studies at Nanyang Technological University. Mikko is also a CFA candidate.
