Mark Holt

Mark Holt is the Managing Director at Frenkel Topping. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and is an expert in residential and commercial mortgages, loan protection schemes, keyman insurance, shareholder protection, and professional indemnity insurance.

Prior to joining Frenkel Topping, Mark was the Managing Director of Sterling Holt Limited, a directly authorised firm that provided finance and insurance solutions to both the residential and corporate marketplaces. During their time at Sterling Holt Limited, Mark was responsible for advising on residential and commercial mortgages, as well as providing guidance to lawyers on case and disbursement funding.

Mark is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and always follows the FSA regime of "Treating customers fairly". Mark has the ability to understand their clients' requirements and provides accurate advice on any risks and other considerations. Mark always strives to get their clients the most competitive products in the marketplace.

Mark Holt studied Maths & Accounting at the University of Central Lancashire. Mark then went on to study Mathematics and Statistics at Winstanley College.

They are on a team with and Elaine Cullen-Grant - Chief Financial Officer. Mark Holt reports to Richard Fraser, Chief Executive Officer.
