Bhavya Rajvanshi

Bhavya Rajvanshi is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee benefits and wellness initiatives. At Freo, from May 2021 to May 2024, Bhavya served as a Lead-Human Resource, previously holding a Senior Associate position that focused on innovative sourcing and tailored recruitment strategies. Prior to Freo, Bhavya worked at MoneyTap as a Human Resources Intern and at Jecrc as a Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included various HR functions and operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from JECRC University.
