Baptiste Oliva

Baptiste Oliva currently serves as a Junior Asset Manager at FREO Group S.A., overseeing the LILO - PBSA project in La Défense, which consists of 644 units. Prior to this role, Baptiste worked as a Real Estate Hospitality Development/Project Analyst at VINCI Immobilier, focusing on operational activities, hospitality development projects, hotel asset restructuring audits, and refurbishment. Previous experience includes a position as a Business Developper Analyst at Lydia and an internship as a Work Assistant Engineer at PETIT - VINCI Construction France, where Baptiste contributed to the refurbishment of the 61/63 Belles-Feuilles project. Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and an Engineer's degree in Sustainable and Smart Building from Polytech Nice Sophia.
