Romain Fremont serves as Managing Director at FREO Group since September 2019, focusing on international real estate investment, development, and management with a value-add strategy, alongside overseeing business development and co-managing the Paris office. As President of Colliers International Investment & Asset Management since October 2016, Romain has led third-party asset management efforts, successfully increasing assets under management from €2.5 billion to €4 billion. Romain has been affiliated with ICADE since May 2008, where Romain established and managed a third-party asset management company, ultimately achieving €2.5 billion in assets under management before the acquisition by Colliers Group. Romain’s extensive experience includes leadership roles in infrastructure financing at Caisse des Dépôts and project finance consulting at Natixis, complemented by an educational background in finance, public law, and languages from prestigious institutions.
