Previously, Todd owned Handyman Matters Boise from August 2012 to July 2017, providing home repair and remodeling services. Todd's experience in the technology sector includes roles as Manufacturing Director at Micron Technology, where responsibilities included supporting the Vice President of Manufacturing and liaising with joint venture partners, as well as serving as Site Director at IM Flash Technologies, overseeing various operational aspects. Todd began a career in manufacturing at Micron Technology in 1993, progressing to Director of Worldwide Manufacturing while fostering team development and quality service. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University and an Associate of Science from Treasure Valley Community College.
