Verena Muschwitz

Verena Muschwitz currently serves as Director, Global HRBP for HR and ONE HR Transformation Lead at Fresenius Group since January 2025, where responsibilities include consulting HR leaders and leading the global implementation of job architecture and country organization harmonization. Concurrently, Verena is Director of HR Transformation Projects at Fresenius Kabi, focusing on developing a state-of-the-art HR organization and managing key transformation projects. Prior experience includes roles at Merck Group from September 2009 to March 2024, where Verena held positions such as Director and Head of HR LS Growth Realization, driving global people agendas and talent initiatives, as well as leading significant change management programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Management from FOM - Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from DHBW Mannheim.
