Jaclyn Berg, MS, RD, LDN, is a seasoned renal dietitian currently employed at Fresenius Medical Care North America since April 2020, where responsibilities include providing medical nutrition therapy to renal dialysis patients, developing quality improvement action plans, and serving as a resource for home therapies in the Chicago zone. Prior experience includes clinical dietitian roles at Dietitians On Demand, Sodexo, and A'viands, where Jaclyn implemented various nutrition therapies, supported inpatient populations, and trained new staff and interns.
