Annabella Gualdoni is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in real estate law and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Program Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America since January 2012, Annabella specializes in drafting legal agreements and managing a portfolio of over 400 leasing arrangements while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Previously, Annabella held positions as a Leasing Consultant and Lease Analyst in various organizations, overseeing lease administration and compliance for substantial property portfolios globally. In addition to industry roles, Annabella has been active in academia as a Joshua A. Guberman Teaching Fellow and Lecturer in Legal Studies at Brandeis University since September 2015. With a robust educational background, including a Doctor of Law from Boston College Law School and a Master’s in International Relations from Boston University, Annabella combines legal acumen with insight into international and commercial real estate.
