Diana Hughes

Diana Hughes is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care North America since September 2021, Diana previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Mass General Brigham from December 2016 to September 2021. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Human Resources, Planning and Administration, and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, from May 2012 to November 2016. Additional experience includes serving as IT Transformation Lead/HR Business Partner at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and various communications and administrative roles at MIT from 2000 to 2008. Diana holds a Master's degree in Organizational Learning from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts.
